Risk & Resilience
A word from our founder, Mario
Dear Friends,
As Summer draws to a close and many of us return refreshed from well-deserved breaks, I'm excited to share the progress we made throughout July and August. This period brought exceptional opportunities to advance our mission on multiple fronts while maintaining the momentum that drives our environmental impact forward.
We strengthened key partnerships and made significant strides in developing new collaborations that will expand our environmental impact assessment capabilities. Our team continued building relationships with innovative organizations focused on sustainable solutions, benefiting from the fresh perspectives and renewed energy that come with the changing seasons.
The summer concluded with my productive business meetings in Thailand, where we explored exciting possibilities for bringing our technology to new markets and addressing climate challenges in Southeast Asia. Each conversation reinforced our belief that environmental solutions know no borders, and I'm energized by the global community we're building around sustainable innovation.
As we transition into Autumn, we're carrying forward this international spirit of collaboration and the insights gained from our summer engagements. Whether you're settling back into familiar routines or continuing your own adventures, we're grateful to have you as part of this growing movement toward environmental sustainability.

What has GreenAnt been up to recently?
GreenAnt signed an MOU with Paon Bleu, a Haitian FinTech company developing financial solutions to support and empower underserved communities in Haiti. The MOU sets out a plan to build an anticipatory action pilot that will pair our flood risk monitoring capabilities with Paon Bleu’s block chain disbursement tool to create a digital early warning system that delivers humanitarian aid to at-risk Haitian communities ahead of flooding disasters.
GreenAnt set off on a business trip to Thailand to connect with regional partners, meet with prospective clients, and explore new opportunities. During the trip, we met with a local NGO partner to support the implementation of our new, joint flood risk pilot project in the region.
GreenAnt had initial meetings with the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), and the Asian Disaster Preparedness Center (ADPC) to discuss potential collaborations.
